Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, with box, accessories, and invoice.
Accepted Return/Exchange Cases
- Product does not match description or invoice.
- Received damaged or visibly defective product (with photo documentation within 24–48 hours).
- Customer wants to change the model, provided the box is unopened—price difference and shipping fees apply.
Defects After Installation
If a manufacturing defect appears after installation, you must contact the authorized service center as per warranty terms. A certified technician will examine the product and determine whether repair or replacement is required.
Invoice and warranty booklet must be kept for service or replacement.
Return Conditions
- Original box and accessories must be intact.
- No signs of use, scratches, damage, or misuse.
- Shop reserves right to refuse or deduct value in case of damage.
Refund Process
- Cash on delivery orders: refund via bank transfer or e-wallet after inspection.
- Online payments: refund to the same payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping/service fees may be deducted if the issue is not due to a defect.
Non-returnable Products
- Products installed or operated without an authorized service report.
- Products tampered with or missing essential accessories.
- Items clearly labeled as “non-returnable” within specific offers.
How to Submit a Return Request
You can contact customer service via phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form with order number, reason for return, and photos. The support team arranges pickup or drop-off.
