What the Warranty Covers

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Misuse or installation by unauthorized technicians.
- Faults caused by incorrect electrical connection or unsuitable environment.
- Scratches, cracks, shock, fire, or external damage.
- Repair attempts outside authorized service centers.
How to Request Warranty Service
- Prepare invoice, warranty booklet, and description of the issue.
- Contact manufacturer service center using numbers in the warranty booklet, or contact Carrier Shop support.
- An appointment for a technician visit or nearest service center will be arranged.
Service Charges During & After Warranty
Manufacturer policies apply regarding inspection/repair fees during warranty. After warranty ends, service and parts are charged according to official service center pricing.
