Shipping Coverage

Orders are delivered inside the Arab Republic of Egypt to most governorates through contracted shipping companies or our own delivery team in selected areas.

Delivery times may vary in remote or distant areas according to the shipping company's policy.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from order confirmation or payment.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days depending on the governorate and address.
• During peak seasons or sales, delivery may take slightly longer—we will notify you of any delay.

Official holidays are not counted as working days.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees vary depending on the governorate, product size, and weight—especially for large AC units.
• Shipping cost (if applicable) appears clearly before completing the order at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available on selected products or when order value exceeds a certain amount, as mentioned in the offers.

Order Receipt

• Please check the box condition and verify the model before signing for receipt.
• If visible damage exists, note it with the courier and contact us immediately with photos.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the phone is not answered or the address is incorrect, multiple attempts will be made to reach you.
• The order may be cancelled and shipping fees deducted if delivery fails repeatedly without customer response.

Order Modification or Cancellation

You may request to modify or cancel the order before it is shipped by contacting customer support. After shipment, it is handled according to the return & exchange policy.

Shipping & Installation

Some AC units include installation service through an authorized service provider. The installation appointment is scheduled after delivery by customer support or the service center.
